Part: CVL Turbo
Part: CVL Turbo
PRODUCT NAME AND VISCOSITY:
CVL Turbo

DESCRIPTION:
Octane booster and combustion enhancer based on advanced manganese chemistry.

APPLICATION:
Use as received, 1 bottle [500 mls] to 20 litres <Actinic:Variable Name = 'maximum'/> unleaded petrol for all motorsport applications.
Precise treatment levels should be determined by test bed experimentation.

USER BENEFITS:
• Use with modern fuels to increase octane levels by up to 4 octane numbers (40 points).
• Provides improved performance for race, rally or track day.
• Provides similar flame front control as lead, thereby enabling engines to run more advanced ignition timing without danger of pre-ignition or detonation.
• Mixes with leaded, unleaded, LRP and other fuels containing octane enhancing additives such as oxygenates, ethanol and MTBE.
• Equally effective in modern engines fitted with knock sensors and catalytic convertors. (Should not be used continuously if a catalyst exhaust system fitted).

PERFORMANCE PROFILE:
• For maximum benefit use in conjunction with premium, higher octane unleaded fuel.
• Used by an increasing number of engine builders to compensate for the deterioration in pump fuel.

TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Specific Gravity @ 15°C ... 0.910
Flashpoint °C ... 25
Colour ... Pale Orange Liquid – Avoid Light and Heat

DESCRIPTION:
Valve seat lubricant and combustion enhancer based on advanced manganese chemistry.

APPLICATION:
Use as received 1 bottle [250 mls] to 20 litres <Actinic:Variable Name = 'maximum'/> unleaded petrol for all motorsport applications.
Precise treatment levels should be determined by test bed experimentation.

USER BENEFITS:
• Enables older competition engines to run on unleaded fuel.
• Proven MMT <Actinic:Variable Name = 'manganese'/> chemistry protects against valve seat recession.

• Based on same chemistry as Millers VSP Plus which, is endorsed by FBHVC as a lead substitute to prevent valve seat recession.
• Used by an increasing number of engine builders to compensate for the deterioration in pump fuel.

TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Specific Gravity @ 15°C ... 0.8800
Flashpoint °C ... 25
Colour ... Pale Orange Liquid – Avoid Light and Heat

DESCRIPTION:
Lead Substitute and Octane Improver.
Specially developed fuel treatment for vintage and classic vehicles.

APPLICATION:
All engines designed to run on leaded petrol
All vehicles with cast iron cylinder heads or soft valve seats designed to run on leaded fuel.
Add the bottle contents to 40 litres of unleaded petrol.

USER BENEFITS:
• Endorsed by the FBHVC for valve seat recession protection.
• Increases the octane of the fuel by up to 2 octane points.
• Improves combustion process by controlling propagation of flame front resulting in reduced risk of detonation and smoother engine running.
• Can be used with complete safety in turbocharged engines.
• Does not contribute to valve stick even at double treatment.
• Will not increase engine wear or produce any adverse engine deposits.
• No ignition adjustments necessary.
• Will mix safely with LRP leaded petrol and other additives containing potassium or phosphorus.

PERFORMANCE PROFILE:
• FBHVC endorsed. Extensive test bed and road evaluation in wide range of engine types confirms excellent valve seat recession protection when using unleaded petrol.
• Increased concentrations of 1 bottle to 20 litres of fuel can be used in safety for high speed running.

TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Specific Gravity @ 15°C ... 0.880
Kinematic Viscosity @ 40°C ... 57
Flashpoint °C ... 75
Colour ... Pale Orange Liquid
Delivers 36 mg/litre Manganese when diluted in 40 litres fuel
