Avid Racing supplies a full line of Billet Aluminum motor mounts for 88-91 Honda Civic/CRX. The mounts are milled from lightweight T-6061 aluminum billet and have a lifetime warranty. All of our kits include driver side mount, rear transmission mount and passenger side transmission mount. In addition, All necessary hardware to assemble is included in each kit as well.

With all Avid mounts, traction and mount stability is our goal. For the best traction, along with the best overall feel of driving, the engine movement is minimized by controlling the durometers of the polyurethane bushings. Three durometers of bushing stiffness are available at no additional cost. When ordering, please specify “Street, Street/Strip and Race stiffness.“ The urethane bushings also have a lifetime warranty.

This mount kit is designed for the installation of a B-series engine into the 88-91 Civic in a bolt in procedure using a cable transmission. The engine mounts are superior, lightweight and designed to take abuse from a daily driven car on to a full out 1000+ hp racecar. Controlling the durometer of the polyurethane inserts minimizes engine movement. We offer 3 different durometers of inserts, which are available at no additional cost. When ordering, specify whether you want a street (62A), strip (75A) or race polyurethane inserts (90A). All products are tested to meet the industry’s highest standards. Here at Avid Components expert engineers design products with OEM manufacturing backgrounds. All of Avid products are manufactured in a state of the art CNC facility. Designed and made in Canada.
